November’s PlayStation Plus monthly lineup has a little something for three very different moods: a messy zombie vacation, a return to Lara Croft’s stranger years and a strategy game about defending a train from supernatural trouble. Sony confirmed the three games on October 28, with the new monthly selection available from Tuesday, November 3, through Monday, November 30, 2026.
What’s in November’s lineup?
Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4) heads to a zombie-infested Los Angeles with a focus on improvised melee combat. It can be played solo or in online co-op with up to three players. If your Halloween gaming mood tends to linger into November, this one fits nicely.
Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered (PS5, PS4) gathers The Last Revelation, Chronicles and The Angel of Darkness. The collection lets players switch between the original polygonal look and updated visuals. These are not necessarily the most universally loved Tomb Raider adventures, which arguably makes revisiting them more interesting: remasters can preserve the awkward parts of gaming history as well as the classics.
Monster Train 2 (PS5) is the outlier, in a good way. It’s a single-player deckbuilding roguelite built around defending a train across three vertical levels, combining cards, units and different clan abilities. It is the sort of game that can turn a quick session into an evening of “one more run.”
Don’t forget October’s deadline
There is also a more immediate date for subscribers: Monday, November 2 is the last day Sony lists for adding October’s monthly games to a library. Those are F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2.
The practical move is to claim any October titles you want before the turnover, then check November’s lineup when it goes live on the 3rd. The announcement is about PlayStation Plus monthly games, not a promise that each title will remain playable without an active eligible subscription.
As a monthly selection, it’s a pleasingly odd mix. One game wants you to break things, one wants you to remember how adventure games used to work, and one wants you to think several moves ahead. Not a bad way to start November.
