November 6, 2026. This weekend’s Xbox trial roundup is worth reading game by game. The offers do not all share the same access rules or finish line.
According to Xbox’s official November 5 Free Play Days roundup, PAYDAY 3, Nowhere Prophet, BALL x PIT, Deceive Inc., and Age of Wonders 4 run November 5–8 for Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members.
Anno 117 and Crime Boss: Rockay City are listed for the same November 5–8 period without requiring those Game Pass memberships. IXION is listed with a two-hour trial cap during that window, so a weekend-long offer should not be mistaken for unlimited playtime.
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 – DMZ offer has a separate window: November 6 at noon Pacific through November 11 at 10 a.m. Pacific. Check the signed-in store listing for your account’s eligibility before downloading; the longer window does not establish that every account can participate.
Check before the download
Pick the game you most want to sample, then confirm its listing while signed in. Xbox points console players to the Free Play Days area under Subscriptions in the Store. Availability can vary by region.
For a capped trial, decide what you want to learn before starting: whether the controls feel comfortable, whether the opening explains its systems, or whether it suits a shared session. That makes the limited time more useful than downloading several games without a plan.
These are temporary access offers, not a promise of permanent ownership. Recheck the current store terms before relying on access beyond the stated window.
